The Regular Clean, Done Properly
This is the service most of our clients book. It covers the everyday work that keeps an office presentable: washrooms, the kitchen, desks, floors and garbage, on a fixed schedule.
We are a small local company, which shapes how we work. You deal with the owner rather than an account manager, and the same crew comes back each visit.
What Gets Done Every Visit
Washrooms: Cleaned, disinfected and restocked. Nothing affects what people think of an office more, and nothing gets noticed faster when it slips.
Kitchen and breakroom: Counters, sinks, the outside of appliances, and the tables people actually eat at. Countertops get disinfected as part of the standard clean.
Desks and workstations: Surfaces wiped and tidied. We work around your things rather than moving your paperwork around.
Floors: Hard floors swept and mopped. Carpet and mats vacuumed, including the areas under and around desks where the wear actually happens.
Garbage and recycling: Emptied and taken out to your building bins.
High-touch points: Door handles, light switches and the surfaces hands land on all day.
What Is Not Included
Being straight about this up front saves everyone a conversation later.
Window cleaning is quoted separately as interior window cleaning. We clean inside glass only. We do not do exterior or above-ground window work.
Deep carpet washing is separate too. Vacuuming is part of the regular clean, but washing and extracting carpet is a periodic job with different equipment. See carpet cleaning.
A Written Scope, So Nothing Is Vague
Before the first visit you get the task list in writing, with how often each item happens. If something is not on the list, that is clear from the start rather than discovered three months in.
It also means that if something ever gets missed, it is a simple question with a simple answer rather than a disagreement about what was implied.
