Vacuuming Does Not Get It All
Regular vacuuming lifts the loose debris sitting on top of the pile. It does not touch the gritty soil that gets walked down into the fibre over months, and that is what actually does the damage.
That trapped grit is why traffic lanes go flat and turn a different shade from the rest of the room. Left long enough it cuts the fibre and the wear becomes permanent.
What Deep Cleaning Does
We pre-treat the traffic lanes and any visible marks, then wash and extract the carpet properly, pulling the soil up and out rather than pushing it around. Afterwards the pile gets groomed so it dries evenly instead of drying matted.
Most offices are genuinely surprised by the result, because carpet they had written off as worn out was simply dirty.
An Add-On, Not a Monthly Cost
This is periodic work. Most offices book it once or twice a year, often alongside their regular cleaning contract so it is planned into the year rather than sprung on them as an emergency.
You will not get a call from us in month seven saying your carpets are urgent.
Timing It Around Your Office
We schedule carpet work after hours, and before a weekend wherever possible, so the carpet has time to dry fully. Nobody has to work around damp flooring and your office is back to normal for the next working day.
